OUR HISTORY
For us, Guillaume and Caroline MARIN, the adventure began in 2000, when we took over the domain from Caroline's grandmother. Over the years, we have been able to develop our business from 15,000 to the 45,000 bottles produced today. Three grape varieties make up our vineyard of 6 hectares: Pinot Noir (majority), Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc. Our vineyards are spread over five villages in the Côte des Bars. All this allows us to have a very rich aromatic palette to compose our vintages.
We have always prioritized in our approach satisfaction and proximity to our customers. A family business that prioritizes human relationships.
The quality of our Champagnes, mentioned many times in guides and the national press, is now recognized outside our borders, in Belgium and Spain in particular.
Our motto :
The is no good Champagnes without great grapes.
We owe it to ourselves to be irreproachable, to act as best we can at every stage, both in the monitoring of the vineyard and during winemaking, to offer you great cuvées.
OUR ENVRIONMENTAL APPROACH
We owe it to ourselves to respect nature because it offers us the best of it.
Concern for the preservation of the environment is not a fad for us, it is in our DNA. This is why we have always followed a reasoned viticulture: "To be as close as possible to the vines and to intervene only when necessary".
This approach has become official with the HVE (High Environmental Value) certification for our domain.

The vineyard through the seasons
The secret of the Marin-Lasnier domain is an unconditional love for the vine. Our team ensures the proper development of the vines throughout the year, to protect it from climatic hazards and control diseases, always with respect for the environment.
